I've worked with Matt for 7 years now and Im always impressed by his detailed level of knowledge about the products he sells, vastly more than many of the employees at the big box stores like Lowe's and HD. Honesty and integrity in sales is vital and he has it. Having worked in big-box retail myself in the past, there's a clear difference in working with someone who is invested in his own business and customers than salespeople working for big corporations.
