Matt's warehouse has a great selection of products at lower prices than advertised. I will shop for all of my appliances in the future and I appreciate the knowledge and great customer service that I received!

Matt was extremely helpful with my washer and dryer needs. He was quick to respond and had excellent communication through the process, both with me and people installing the washer/dryer. He gave me some great tips on how to upkeep my newly purchased items. He went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. The products are also reasonable priced. Matt knows how to run a business that people will come back due to his customer service skills and knowledge.

We love Matt's. We've purchased 3 refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, a stove (rental pptys) and most recently a vent hood. We do the installs and pick up ourselves so his pricing and knowledge is what makes us come back. Plus, he's a local small business. I'd never buy an appliance without first calling Matt and recommend others do as well.

Our electric oven died (in the MIDDLE of baking chocolate chip cookies!) and we needed to find something quickly. I did a yelp search in the North Bay and found Matt's Wholesale. I really did a thorough reading of his reviews & found them to be very positive and soon discovered for ourselves, very true. I called, got Matt on the phone & asked him if he would be there if we came right away. He said he was the owner and sole employee. We showed up & he was very friendly and accommodating. The place is much bigger than we expected with a decent selection of new but unboxed/overstock/close out new appliances. There were a few electric ovens to choose from & we found just what we were looking for. Brand name, simple design, no bells & whistles. Everything about the buying process was easy, smooth and efficient. Matt was super helpful and our instincts (& multiple reviews) told us he was above all, trustworthy. That is our top criteria. In addition, he was clear and knowledgable. No BS. We would 100% recommend you check out Matt & his wholesale store.

Matt is incredibly helpful and takes the time to explain everything you need to know. He’s really thorough about making sure your appliances will fit and work perfectly in your space. He’ll remind you to measure and really helps ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Plus, the prices at Matt’s are amazing, and the selection is fantastic. He has by far the best pricing around, an amazing selection of appliances, and he's always incredibly easy to deal with. I've worked with Matt for 7 years now and Im always impressed by his detailed level of knowledge about the products he sells, vastly more than many of the employees at the big box stores like Lowe's and HD. Honesty and integrity in sales is vital and he has it. Having worked in big-box retail myself in the past, there's a clear difference in working with someone who is invested in his own business and customers than salespeople working for big corporations.
