Installed easily. Bought to replace Frigidaire model with similar features. This microwave is far more powerful. My family and me have put it through some tough daily workouts. It's performed amazingly. I like how it heats up more quickly. Two light settings and three fan settings. When necessary, we can use the convection oven feature. Doesn't heat the kitchen like our full size oven.

This machine is superior to the one it replaced. Ease of operation is simple, but what sets this one above the other is it's power. This one heats more quickly in all of the modes of selected. My family and me are enjoying it a lot. I believe the inverter makes it more efficient. Convection operation makes a big difference in convenience.

Design Flaw - Panel above door

While the microwave's functionality is terrific, there is a significant design flaw. The panel immediately above the microwave door is held in place with two tiny screws that go through thin pieces of plastic. These pieces of plastic are prone to breaking with little to no contact. Not only has the original panel broken, but I ordered a replacement and it has already broken. I don't even touch the panel. The replacement part is $100. It's ridiculous that I have to continue wasting my money to replace an aesthetic piece, and the idea of replacing the whole unit because of aesthetics is even more ridiculous! If Bosch wants to truly be considered a premier brand, they need to do better on the little details that would separate them from their competition.

Guys! You can do it all with this microwave. Some of my favorite features are the convection oven and the keep warm feature. So good.

We bought this microwave back in September 2023. The microwave itself works fine but the top vent has broken off a total of 4 times. The product is clearly defective. After a good search many customers have also complained about the same thing. This is likely why the product has been pulled off its shelves including Costco.

We purchased this Bosch microwave two years ago, expecting high quality and durability, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. From day one, the microwave has been extremely loud-even for simple tasks like 30-second heating. We reached out to Bosch, only to be told that the noise level is "normal," which has been frustrating.
Another major issue is with the over-the-range vent hood. It always seemed slightly unstable, and then one day, it suddenly fell off, breaking a plastic piece. Bosch refused to cover it under warranty, leaving us to purchase the replacement part ourselves.
Overall, this has been our worst experience with a Bosch appliance. The noise, poor design, and lack of support make it hard to recommend. If you're looking for a quiet and reliable microwave, this one is not it. Only good is the steel finish inside.

Haven't had this microwave very long yet, but so far, It's really Nice! I do with the numbers were larger... and the print on the selection buttons were larger. I have to have my glasses on to read them :-( And... for a "new" microwave and "expensive" one, I'm very surprised there aren't the 'auto start' buttons, like 1, 2, 3 for 1 min, 2 mins, etc. My Old one at least had that. I love the inside... that distracted me from the actual features I would have looked for. It's very Cool with the shiny silver pyramids in the back - Hope it stays that Clean and shiny! I'm very happy.
