I really wanted the tall 800 series fridge but my kitchen space didn't work with the height. I was nervous about having an exterior water dispenser but it has exceeded my expectations. It is such a quiet, classy fridge. It wipes easily with water and a microfiber cloth. Everything has functioned perfectly. I also connected to the app so I get notifications if my kids leave the fridge or freezer ajar and I'm not nearby to hear to alarm.

Bosch 800-series counter-depth refrigerator is perfect for our Chicago apartment. Excellent cooling and freezing backed by twin compressors means I trust in our food safety. Doors fit and close perfectly. Digital control panel and wifi Home Connect are easy to use. And, it is the only 70-inch-tall refrigerator with dual compressors making it the only choice for many kitchens. Love the look too!

kepps moist, its not dry like the old one. Tempreture had to be set higher, products were frozen on the shelvs.

We just took delivery of our new Bosch 800 series french door bottom mount refrigerator and couldn't be happier with our selection. The new technology is fabulous and easy to use. TOTALLY THRILLED ABOUT THE SIDE-BY-SIDE REFRIGERATOR /FREEZER WITH ICEMAKER WITHIN , BUT I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE NOTE THAT THE "ICE OFF"ON THE THE PANEL AND IN THE MANUAL SHOULD BE STATED A LITTLE CLEARER SO THAT A CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT IF THE LIGHT IS ILLUMINATED ON THE PANEL , THE ICE MACHINE IS NOT FUNCTIONING SO IF HE OR SHE WOULD GO ON A VACATION, THEY KNOW TO PUT IT IN THAT MODE... Hadn't even had my old ge fridge for five years and encountered an issue that no one could fix. Luckily I was provided a substantial rebate to replace it. I already use a Bosch dishwasher, and I know they make a far superior machine... I'm loving everything about the way it's set up and the app does help save money on groceries if the household all uses it. Next will be a Bosch microwave...

Went with the 800 series as it's a significant upgrade over the lesser series. Ultra quiet compressors. Even the icemaker is relatively quiet when dumping a load of ice in the bin. Wifi connection setup works great. So far I'm loving it.

This Bosch Refrigerator was less than a month old when it had an internal water leak over night and did extensive damage to our home. It has been over a month since the leak happened and our house is still in disarray as we are waiting for resolution.

My experience with a Bosch dishwasher was great so I didn't heistate to consider their refrigerator. Temperature holding is excellent, the space in the freezer works very well for me and I've adjusted to the shelves in the refrigerator. There is a small, thin shelf on the upper inside door which remains a puzzle to me. Nothing fits in there. The icemaker maintains a large quantity of ice (which I love), but I have a hard time with the dispenser as it sometimes spurts out bits of ice when done. Maybe I'll get used to that.

I never thought I would be excited about a fridge. This thing holds more food than the one it replaced, yet it is 6 cubic feet smaller. I don't know how to explain that, I am a Bosch person from here on out

I use Bosch tools for my woodworking projects and have found them to be excellent. When it became time for a new refrigerator I didn't hesitate to buy a Bosch product even though it was at a premium price. However, was I disappointed. Upon delivery and unwrapping the freezer drawer exterior had some blemishes on the stainless steel front (see photos). You Bosch representive suggested spray WD-40 on the blemishes and they would go away. Instead I had my housekeeper use Stainless steel cleaner vice the smelly and oily WD-40. The blemishes were softened somewhat but returned in full two weeks later. Now for the real rub, neither your rep. nor the technicians from the vendor could solve the problem of the LH door not staying open when loading items into the refrigerator. Your rep. said that was the way the door was supposed to work and the vendors rep. just gave up. I even went back to the vendor's show room to see if the display refrigerator had the same problem and that door worked fine. I made some adjustments myself on the top hinge but the door still is not correct. It suggests to me the refrigerator may be out of alignment. This purchase has been very frustrating and disappointing.

This is a beautiful refrigerator and we are very pleased with the product. One item that needs to be addressed before purchase is the doors swing outside of the unit cabinet sides and that adds 1.75 inches to each side. If you install the refrigerator next to a wall that is deeper than the refrigerator you will need to have a larger opening by aprox. 2 inches per side.

We have this fridge for about 5 weeks now. The door on the right doesn't close properly unless you really push hard and the light shuts off all of a sudden when we open the fridge door. We will be returning this product.
