We have purchased many refrigerators and have frequently been disappointed as the workmanship, assembly, and longevity have failed at many levels. The features on our refigerstor and .workmanship exceed all expectations. Our lettuce does not brown up after a few days in refrigerator. Who knew? All I can say is keep doing what you are doing. Totally satisfied and well worth the little extra spend. No buyers remorse here

This is my first "top of the line" type of built in style fridge and so far it does NOT disappoint!! Quiet operation.nnsleek and stylish in my new kitchen. Easy to keep clean inside and out. Ice maker works quickly and efficiently. Nice to be able to operate with the bosch home connect app. Love this fridge and will recommend to my friends and family for their future needs.

For the price, the refrigerator is disappointing. There is not a lot of room in the refrigerator. And not many shelves. Surprised how hard it is to get rid of marks on the front of the refrigerator doors.

I will get back on and review after I have used this product as it is installed in our new home and we have not moved in. I like that it installed so well in the cabinets and the ice in the freezer worked very well.
This sounds very picky but the toe kick that is metal seems to be made out of cheaper materials and has shadows that look like it is dented but it was not.

When our wonderful 16 year old Bosch frigerator finally failed, our first stop was our favorite local appliance store that features Bosch. We were thrilled they had the current model of our old frig in stock. It would fit perfectly, and we quickly made the purchase.
Now, we wish we had done our homework. To be honest the refrigerator is very nice, well built with all the important bells and whistles. But the interior's design is abysmal! The new frig is a good cubic foot smaller than our 2009 model. It offers only three adjustable full shelves (no partial shelves that allow for taller and bigger items, i.e. a wine bottle can't stand up!), while the two drawer compartments for meat and produce are so shallow that a head of lettuce must be squeezed in! On the doors, six little (I mean little!) open shelves are so poorly designed (I mean poorly designed!) that the bottles placed in the shelves rattle around every time you open or close the doors. The noise is annoying.
We love Bosch and our other Bosch appliances, but we have second thoughts about this frig. If it's as dependable as its 16 year old predecessor, we'll be shopping for a new refrigerator in 2041, and I'm already hoping for major design changes.

Replaced a 3-year old refrigerator of similar design made by another manufacturer. Stopped making ice. Service person came 5 times, still no ice. Happy now with my Bosch!

The refrigerator quality overall is fine if you do not need service. However, if you have a breakdown, getting the replacement part takes forever. We have been waiting for a breaker switch that controls the power to the refrigerator motor since reporting the problem on January 10, 2025, and as of today, March 6, we are still waiting for the part from Bosch.

The Bosche Built-in Bottom Freezer Refrigerator is an excellent product. First, it looks great! Next, it is built like a tank, very sturdy with oversized hinges and sliding drawer units. It is also very quiet. Perhaps best of all, my wife LOVES it!

The Bosch Benchmark built-in is a beautifully designed refrigerator that I find perfect for a small family. Because it's built for countertop depth, the interior is somewhat shallower than some models but perfectly suited for a family if 2 to 4 people.

Below average product. It is a very tall refrigerator with limited storage compartments. Unless you are 6.5 feet tall, using the topmost compartment would require a 2-foot stepping stool.
The installer tried to correct the condensation issue with the right door and the alignment. The problem is pervasive. It is a counter-depth unit. The builder chose this model out of desperation(?)after they could not locate another brand. Counter-depth refrigerators are a nightmare!

This is my 2nd Bosch Built-In Fridge after the first could no longer befixed anymore. Compared to other built-ins the Bosch is moderately priced and does not require the purchase of panels and handels. Overall it looks sleek and has good storage capacity. I've seen some people complain about the size of the ice cubes, but I see that as a positive because the smaller size allows them to fit in some narrow mouth water bottles. The problem I see with the ice is that you cannot control how much you want the ice maker to make. It is either overflowing or off.
There are some other negatives that I want to point out that any potential buyer should consider. First, for the price they use to many flimsy plastic parts. There are even more compared to the prior Bosch fridge I had. These are prone to breaking, hard to get, and expensive to replace and fix. Speaking of fixing, despite living within 20min of one of the top 10 most populted cities in the U.S., there are no offical Bosch technicians within my area and only 2 approved third-party repair companies. Of those two one does not return phonecalls and the other complains about working on Bosch appliances due to their complexity. How are people supposed to service their appliances if no one in their area is approved or willing to do so??? Same can be said for installation--many do not know how to install the appliance, especially big box retailers, so make sure you where you purchase knows how to install it. Finally, their tech is outdated for the price. I appreciate that this version has upgraded to the HomeConnect platform, but it is difficult to install and has very limited functionality. You can controll temp and turn the ice maker on and off. The temp control also has a limited range and I've seen much cheaper fridges that can get much colder.
Overall it is worth considering depending on budget and needs, but make sure you do your research first and understand what you are getting.

This fridge is 1cuft smaller inside than the freestanding model. The space it does have is poorly thought out. The door shelves are half the width of the door and barely large enough to fit a single gallon size milk jug. The unit has a water filter and ice maker but no water dispenser. The stainless steel finish always looks terrible. I would not buy this fridge again unless it was for a holiday home and I didn't use it. I wish I could exchange it.
