As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 707-843-7565 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Appliance Pickup Deadline:

Customers have 14 Calendar Days from the date of purchase to pick up or schedule delivery of their appliance(s) at no charge.


Storage Fees After 14 Days:

Days 01 – 14 (No Charge)
Days 15 – 30 $5 Per Day
Days 31 – 60 $10 Per Day
Days 61 – 90 $15 Per Day

*Additional storage fees will apply to orders with 48” Ranges, Built in Refrigeration and orders consisting of 3 or more appliances.

Beyond 90 Calendar Days your item will be deemed abandoned (see Abandonment Policy)


Abandonment Policy – Appliance Pickup

Buyer agrees to pick up or schedule delivery of purchased appliances within Ninety (90) Calendar Days of the invoice date. If Buyer fails to do so, and reasonable attempts to contact Buyer are unsuccessful, Matt’s Wholesale, Inc., at its sole discretion, will consider the property abandoned.

In such a case, Matt’s Wholesale, Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Resell, dispose of, or donate the appliance(s)
  • Retain any proceeds without credit to Buyer
  • And deny any claim for refund, return, or replacement.

Matt’s Wholesale, Inc. shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from abandonment. Buyer assumes full responsibility for timely pickup or scheduling of delivery.


90-Day Appliance Pickup Policy

All appliances must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within 90 Calendar Days of purchase.

If your item is not claimed within that time and we are unable to reach you, it will be considered abandoned.

We may:

  • Resell, dispose of, or donate the appliance(s),
  • Retain any proceeds without credit to Buyer,
  • And deny any claim for refund, return, or replacement.

No refunds or replacements will be given for abandoned items.

Please make sure we have your correct contact info and arrange pickup or delivery promptly.
