As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 707-843-7565 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations:


  1. Standard Orders (In-Stock Items)
  2. Cancellation before pickup or delivery:

    You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been delivered or picked up.

    • After 48 hours:
    • A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will apply if the order is canceled after the 48-hour window and before delivery or pickup.
      A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply if the order is cancelled after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and before delivery or pickup.
    • After pickup or delivery has occurred:
    • The sale is considered final. Returns or cancellations are not accepted.

  3. Special Orders / Custom Appliances
    • Orders placed for non-stock, custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier.
    • A non-refundable deposit may apply on special orders, typically 25% depending on the manufacturer or supplier re-stocking fee policy.
  4. Refused Deliveries or No-Shows
    • If delivery is attempted and refused without prior cancellation, or if the customer is not available at the scheduled time, a re-delivery fee, equal to the original delivery fee, will apply. Cancelled orders will be subject to our store cancellation policy and re-stocking fees.
  5. Refund Method
    • Approved refunds will be issued via the original form of payment within 3- business days of cancellation confirmation.

This policy complies with the California Civil Code §1723, which requires a clearly posted cancellation policy.
